Shipping Charges are based on weight and vary from item to item. During the current promotion, however, all items listed in the "Gifts for Mom" catagory ship FREE.

How will my order be shipped?
All ordered are shipped by UPS Ground. However, all local Tampa orders will be delivered by the owner when possible, unless otherwise stated by customer.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered in 2-9 business days, but are dependent on UPS and their timetable for delivery. A tracking number will be supplied where possible.

How can I place my order?
Most orders can be placed online. But, since this site is still under construction, all items may not yet be available online. If this is the case, phone or email orders can be placed ANYTIME 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can also be mailed to : DEM Tampa 1403 East Powhatan Ave Tampa, FL 33604 ***For mailed orders, please allow an extra 3-7 days for processing. And please only send Money Order or Cashier's Check. No personal checks accepted.***
